Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfilment to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
  • Lead visual merchandising, promotional set-ups and general store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand standards and drive sales.
  • Coach, train and develop operations and sales team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics and company initiatives.
  • Partner with the store leadership team to support exceptional client experiences and contribute to meeting store sales and service goals.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, loss-prevention procedures, safety standards and punctual attendance requirements; maintain staffing and shift coverage (30–40 hours/week).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, with a track record of coaching teams to achieve goals.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback and develop talent.
  • Flexible availability for nights, weekends and holiday periods; reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Experience
