Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations team and oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment
- Ensure operational standards are met and maintained across all store functions
- Direct visual merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation
- Coach, train, and develop team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics
