Sephora Operations Leader

- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure stock accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Lead and coach the operations team to achieve performance targets, maintain operational standards and deliver exceptional client service.
- Direct visual merchandising and promotional execution to uphold brand presentation and drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet business needs during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays) and maintain reliable coverage.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity (retail operations or hospitality preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and develop team members to meet operational and sales objectives.
- Strong organizational aptitude with acute attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to build collaborative, accountable team culture.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; dependable attendance and punctuality.
