Sephora Tucson (AZ) seeks an Operations Leader — full-time hourly role at 4500 N. Oracle Rd. Pay $22.00–$25.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, compliance with company standards, and an exceptional client experience.
- Manage inventory processes including replenishment, stock integrity, receiving, and order fulfillment to minimize shrink and optimize availability.
- Lead visual merchandising and promotional implementation to maintain brand presentation and drive sales.
- Coach, develop and motivate the operations team—setting expectations, monitoring performance metrics, and delivering feedback and training.
- Coordinate scheduling and labour deployment to meet peak trading demands (nights, weekends, holidays) while maintaining punctuality and reliability.
- Enforce health, safety and company policy to create a safe and welcoming shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; 3+ years preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop frontline teams to achieve operational and sales objectives.
- Strong organizational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator with interpersonal skills suited to a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.

Experience
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail operations or hospitality (3+ years preferred), with a track record of managing inventory workflows, executing merchandising initiatives, and developing frontline teams to meet operational and sales goals.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or vocational certification in business, retail management or hospitality preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 25.50 per hour.
