Sephora seeks an Operations Leader in Torrance, CA to lead store operations, inventory and team development. $28–$32.20/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and adherence to operational standards.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional set‑ups and store maintenance to preserve brand presentation and drive sales.
- Coach, train and develop operations staff on processes, selling behaviors and performance metrics to elevate team capability and engagement.
- Partner with the store leadership team to deliver outstanding client experiences and contribute to achieving sales and service objectives.
- Enforce company policies and safety standards to ensure a secure, welcoming shopping environment.
- Manage scheduling and ensure reliable coverage during peak retail times (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop frontline teams to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
