Sephora — Operations Leader (Full-time) in Torrance, CA. Lead store operations, inventory and team coaching at Rolling Hills Plaza (Hourly $28.00–$34.30/hr).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
  • Lead visual merchandising and execute promotional rollouts and store maintenance to maintain brand standards and drive sales.
  • Coach, develop and schedule operations team members; train on operational processes, selling behaviors and performance metrics.
  • Partner with sales teams to support exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store sales and service targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and operational standards while fostering an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
  • Maintain reliable scheduling and availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays); meet required weekly hours (30–40 hrs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail operations, store management or hospitality with demonstrable team coaching results.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams to achieve operational and commercial goals.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and effective problem‑solving capability.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 28 to USD 34.30 per hour.
