Sephora in Tampa seeks an Operations Leader to manage store operations, inventory and team development. Full-time, Midtown Tampa, Operations Leader.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, receiving and order fulfillment to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
- Lead visual merchandising and in-store promotional execution to uphold brand standards and maximize sales.
- Coach, train and develop operations team members on operational procedures, selling behaviors, performance metrics and Sephora initiatives.
- Maintain operational standards for store presentation, safety, loss prevention and regulatory compliance.
- Drive team accountability for punctuality, scheduling and reliable coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Collaborate with store leadership to support exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; at least 3 years of total retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and motivate teams to meet operational and service targets.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and proven problem-solving ability.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Availability to work 30–40 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality required.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity within retail operations or hospitality, combined with a minimum of 3 years’ overall retail or customer-facing experience. Proven track record of coaching teams and delivering operational targets in a high-volume retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or certificate in retail management, business or hospitality preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 27.50 per hour.
