Sephora — Tampa, FL: Operations Leader to oversee store operations, inventory, visual merchandising and team coaching at Midtown Tampa.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and operational accuracy
  • Lead and execute visual merchandising, promotional setups and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and sales objectives
  • Coach, develop and schedule the operations team; set performance expectations and drive a culture of accountability and service excellence
  • Partner with sales teams to support an exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards and safety procedures
  • Manage flexible scheduling to cover peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays) and maintain consistent attendance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; 3+ years preferred
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop hourly retail teams to meet operational and sales goals
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and motivate diverse teams
  • Ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required

Experience
