Sephora Operations Leader position in Studio City, CA – full-time, $28–$32.20/hr with leadership and retail operations responsibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are met
- Direct visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance initiatives to uphold Sephora's brand aesthetic and drive sales
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store goals
- Guide and train team members through onboarding and ongoing development in operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, openness, and empowerment across the operations team
