Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met.
  • Lead visual merchandising and promotional events to maintain Sephora's brand presentation and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store goals.
  • Guide and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, and company initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, fostering an open and empowering environment.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Skills

Effective time management and prioritization in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative, goal-driven culture. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.

Compensation

$22.00 - $29.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
