Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are consistently met
- Oversee visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand standards and drive sales
- Coach and develop team members through training on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store performance goals
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative workplace culture that promotes accountability and empowers all team members
- Maintain punctuality, consistent attendance, and availability during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of documented leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality, or a similar role
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams to achieve measurable goals
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
