Sephora Operations Leader, Southlake TX: Lead retail operations, manage inventory, and develop teams for $26–$30/hr full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to meet operational standards
- Oversee visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation
- Coach and develop team members through training on operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store sales goals
