Sephora Operations Leader (Full-Time) in South Barrington, IL — lead retail operations, manage inventory, and develop teams at $26–$30/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are consistently met
- Lead visual merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand standards and drive sales performance
- Partner with store team to deliver exceptional client experience and achieve revenue goals
- Guide and train team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
