Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are consistently met
- Oversee visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand standards and drive sales
- Guide and develop team members through coaching and training in operational processes, selling behaviors, and company initiatives
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to achieving store performance goals
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, openness, and collaboration where team members feel empowered
- Maintain flexible scheduling to support peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
