Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and loss prevention to ensure operational excellence.
  • Lead visual merchandising and promotional execution to maintain brand standards and maximize sales.
  • Coach, mentor and develop operations team members on processes, selling behaviours, KPIs and company initiatives.
  • Support the store leadership team in delivering exceptional client experience and meeting store performance targets.
  • Maintain store safety, presentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality or a closely related environment.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop and motivate teams to achieve commercial and operational objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Experience
