Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and loss prevention to ensure operational excellence.
- Lead visual merchandising and promotional execution to maintain brand standards and maximize sales.
- Coach, mentor and develop operations team members on processes, selling behaviours, KPIs and company initiatives.
- Support the store leadership team in delivering exceptional client experience and meeting store performance targets.
- Maintain store safety, presentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality or a closely related environment.
- Proven ability to coach, develop and motivate teams to achieve commercial and operational objectives.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
Skills
Experience
2–3 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, with demonstrated success leading teams, managing inventory processes and executing merchandising initiatives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or degree in business, retail management or hospitality is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 31.85 per hour.
