Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the store operations team to drive operational excellence and ensure efficient store functioning
- Manage inventory, replenishment, and order fulfillment while ensuring adherence to operational standards
- Direct visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand standards and drive sales performance
- Coach, train, and develop team members to build fulfilling career paths and instill operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics
- Partner with the sales team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store-level goals
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, openness, and accountability across the team
