Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the operations team to achieve store performance goals and operational excellence
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure adherence to operational standards
- Direct visual merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and store maintenance to elevate brand presentation and drive sales
- Coach and develop team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experience and achieve store objectives
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, teamwork, and accountability where all team members feel empowered
