Sephora is hiring an Operations Leader in Saint Louis, MO. Full-time hourly role ($24–$31/hr) overseeing inventory, merchandising and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and adherence to operational standards.
- Lead visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to ensure consistent brand presentation and maximize sales.
- Coach, mentor and develop the operations team to improve performance, product knowledge and selling behaviours.
- Support and enhance the client experience through efficient operational execution and collaboration with sales teams.
- Maintain store maintenance and safety protocols to ensure a secure, welcoming shopping environment.
- Manage scheduling expectations and ensure reliable coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Enforce company policies and promote a culture of accountability, inclusivity and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; 3+ years preferred.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate teams to meet operational and sales objectives.
- Strong organizational aptitude with acute attention to detail and sound problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; capable of influencing across functions.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
Skills
Experience
2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality with demonstrable success managing inventory, merchandising initiatives and coaching frontline teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
