Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards to ensure store success
- Direct visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
- Guide and develop team members through coaching, training, and mentorship on operational processes and performance metrics
