Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are consistently met
- Direct visual merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and store maintenance to reinforce brand presentation and drive sales performance
- Coach and develop team members through mentoring and training on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Partner with the store team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achieving sales and operational goals
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture where team members feel empowered and accountable to organizational objectives
