Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met
- Direct visual merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
- Coach and develop team members through training in operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to store performance goals
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, openness, and accountability where all team members feel empowered and valued
- Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping environment
- Manage flexible scheduling and ensure reliable coverage during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
