Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and operational standards to support sales goals.
- Oversee visual merchandising and promotional execution to maintain brand presentation and maximize commercial impact.
- Coach, develop and mentor the operations team to improve selling behaviours, operational competencies and performance metrics.
- Partner with sales teams to deliver an exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store KPIs.
- Ensure store maintenance, safety and compliance with company policies to create an enjoyable and secure shopping environment.
- Manage scheduling reliability and availability for peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality or a comparable client-facing environment.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams to meet operational and commercial objectives.
- Strong organisational aptitude with keen attention to detail and sound problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to motivate teams and foster accountability.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and consistent attendance.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, with demonstrated success overseeing inventory, merchandising and developing frontline staff.
Education
