Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and operational standards to support sales goals.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and promotional execution to maintain brand presentation and maximize commercial impact.
  • Coach, develop and mentor the operations team to improve selling behaviours, operational competencies and performance metrics.
  • Partner with sales teams to deliver an exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store KPIs.
  • Ensure store maintenance, safety and compliance with company policies to create an enjoyable and secure shopping environment.
  • Manage scheduling reliability and availability for peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality or a comparable client-facing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams to meet operational and commercial objectives.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with keen attention to detail and sound problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to motivate teams and foster accountability.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and consistent attendance.

Experience
