Sephora Operations Leader position in Rocklin, CA. Full-time retail leadership role, $26–$29.90/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are met across all store functions
- Oversee visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand standards and drive sales performance
- Coach and train team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives to build fulfilling career paths
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store goals
- Foster an inclusive, empowered workplace culture that promotes openness, collaboration, and accountability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment for all clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality, or similar role
