Sephora Operations Leader position in Riverton, UT—full-time hourly role ($24–$27.50/hr) overseeing retail operations, team leadership, and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards to ensure efficient store operations
- Direct visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
- Partner with the operations team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store performance goals
- Guide, train, and develop team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Foster a culture of openness, inclusivity, and teamwork where all employees feel empowered and valued
- Maintain punctuality, consistent attendance, and flexibility during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve organizational goals
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative, goal-driven culture of accountability
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed

Education
