Operations Leader position at Sephora Ridgeland, MS. Lead retail operations team, manage inventory, and drive store excellence. $22–$25.50/hr, full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are met to drive store success
- Direct visual merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand presentation and drive sales
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store performance goals
- Guide and train team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives to build career development paths
