Sephora seeks an Operations Leader to oversee store operations, inventory management, and team development at the Richmond, Virginia location. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, lead visual merchandising initiatives, and coach team members to deliver exceptional client experiences. This full-time hourly position requires a minimum of three years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to meet operational standards
- Direct visual merchandising efforts, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
- Coach and develop team members, providing guidance on operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and support store goals
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture where team members feel empowered and accountable
- Ensure compliance with Sephora company policies and maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment
- Manage flexible scheduling to ensure adequate staffing during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
