Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are met
- Oversee visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
- Coach and develop team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to store performance goals
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture where team members feel empowered and accountable
- Maintain flexibility for scheduling during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications
