Sephora Raleigh — Operations Leader (Full-Time). Lead store operations, inventory and merchandising. $24–$31/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational excellence.
  • Lead visual merchandising and promotional setups to uphold brand presentation and drive sales performance.
  • Coach, train and develop operations team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics and company initiatives.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store goals and KPIs.
  • Maintain store standards, compliance with company policies, and a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
  • Manage flexible scheduling, ensure reliable attendance and cover peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; 3+ years preferred.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop teams to meet operational and sales goals.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capability and effective time-management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of fostering teamwork and accountability.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 31 per hour.
