Sephora seeks Operations Leader in Providence, RI. Full-time role managing store operations, inventory, and team leadership. $26–$30/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are consistently met
  • Oversee visual merchandising and promotional events to drive brand presentation and sales performance
  • Coach and develop team members on selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives, building fulfilling career paths
  • Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to store-wide goals
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and accountability, ensuring team members feel empowered and engaged
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and create a safe, enjoyable shopping environment
  • Manage flexible scheduling during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications
