Operations Leader – Sephora, Plano, TX. Full-time hourly retail operations leadership role managing inventory, merchandising, and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to meet operational standards
- Lead visual merchandising initiatives and promotional events to drive sales and uphold brand presentation
- Guide and develop team members through training on operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to store goals
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, openness, and accountability while promoting collaborative teamwork
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping environment
- Manage flexible scheduling while maintaining required weekly shift minimums and availability during peak retail periods
Qualifications
