Sephora Plano (TX) seeks an Operations Leader — full-time hourly role ($26–$34/hr) to lead store operations, inventory and merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and stock accuracy.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional setups and store maintenance to ensure consistent brand presentation and drive sales.
- Coach, train and develop operations staff on processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics and company initiatives.
- Collaborate with the store team to support exceptional client experiences and contribute to achieving store KPIs.
- Enforce company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, compliant and welcoming shopping environment.
- Manage scheduling requirements, ensure reliable attendance and provide coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality, or a comparable customer-facing environment (3 years preferred).
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams to achieve operational and sales objectives.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet required weekly hours (30–40 hrs/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, with demonstrated success managing inventory, merchandising initiatives and coaching frontline teams; 3 years preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail management or hospitality is a plus.
