Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and adherence to operational standards.
- Lead visual merchandising, in-store promotions, and maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales.
- Coach, train and develop the operations team to elevate performance, operational proficiency, and client service behaviors.
- Support the store leadership team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve store sales and service targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures, and safety standards to create a secure shopping environment.
- Manage flexible scheduling and staff reliability to meet peak retail demands, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; 3+ years preferred.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop frontline teams toward measurable goals.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational prowess, and problem-solving capability.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service orientation.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Experience
At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; 3+ years is preferred for this position.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
