Sephora Philadelphia is hiring an Operations Leader to manage inventory, merchandising and team performance. Full-time; $26–$34/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and adherence to operational standards.
- Lead visual merchandising and promotional execution to uphold brand presentation and optimize sales performance.
- Coach, mentor and develop operations team members—driving selling behaviours, proficiency in operational processes, and performance against KPIs.
- Partner with store leadership and frontline teams to deliver exceptional client service and support attainment of store targets.
- Manage store maintenance, loss-prevention practices and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
- Maintain flexible schedule availability to cover peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet required weekly hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a closely related customer-facing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and motivate teams to achieve operational and sales objectives.
- Strong organizational aptitude with acute attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on team collaboration and inclusivity.
- Ability to manage time and priorities in a dynamic, high-volume retail setting.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality or an analogous environment, with documented success in coaching teams, managing inventory and executing merchandising initiatives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 34 per hour.
