Sephora Philadelphia is hiring an Operations Leader to manage inventory, merchandising and team performance. Full-time; $26–$34/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and adherence to operational standards.
  • Lead visual merchandising and promotional execution to uphold brand presentation and optimize sales performance.
  • Coach, mentor and develop operations team members—driving selling behaviours, proficiency in operational processes, and performance against KPIs.
  • Partner with store leadership and frontline teams to deliver exceptional client service and support attainment of store targets.
  • Manage store maintenance, loss-prevention practices and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
  • Maintain flexible schedule availability to cover peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet required weekly hours.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a closely related customer-facing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and motivate teams to achieve operational and sales objectives.
  • Strong organizational aptitude with acute attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on team collaboration and inclusivity.
  • Ability to manage time and priorities in a dynamic, high-volume retail setting.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Experience
