Sephora Operations Leader position in Perrysburg, Ohio. Lead retail operations, manage inventory, and develop teams. $24–$27.50/hr, full-time, 30–40 hours weekly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are met across the store
- Oversee visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand presentation and drive sales performance
- Coach and develop team members through training in operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store-level sales goals
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture where team members feel empowered and accountable for success
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping environment for all clients
Qualifications
