Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee store operations to drive efficiency and achieve operational standards
- Manage inventory, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure adequate stock levels and product availability
- Direct visual merchandising initiatives and promotional events to enhance brand presentation and drive sales performance
- Coach and develop team members through training on operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to store sales goals
- Foster an inclusive workplace culture that promotes openness, empowerment, and accountability
