Sephora Operations Leader, Perrysburg OH – Full-time hourly role overseeing retail operations, inventory, and team leadership. $24–$27.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are met
- Oversee visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand and drive sales
- Partner with team members to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to store goals
- Coach, train, and develop team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, openness, and empowerment where all team members feel valued

Experience

Education
