The Operations Leader guides Sephora’s store operations in Pasadena, overseeing inventory, replenishment, fulfillment, merchandising, and operational standards while coaching the team and supporting client experience. This is a permanent, full-time role of 30–40 hours per week, with an advertised pay range of $24.00–$27.50 per hour; actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, and other position- or location-specific business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and compliance with operational standards.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales.
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to store goals.
- Coach and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives.
