Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met.
- Lead visual merchandising and promotional events to uphold Sephora's brand and drive sales.

- Guide and train team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, and company initiatives.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience
