The Operations Leader drives operational excellence at Sephora’s Waterford Lakes store in Orlando, overseeing inventory, replenishment, order fulfillment, merchandising, and team development. This permanent, full-time role requires 30–40 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; pay is $24.00–$27.50 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other position- or location-specific factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and support sales.
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to store goals.
- Guide and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives.
