Sephora Operations Leader position in Orlando, FL. Lead retail operations, manage inventory, develop teams, and deliver exceptional client experience. Full-time, $24–$27.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are met
- Direct visual merchandising initiatives, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand presentation and drive sales
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store performance goals
- Guide and train team members to build fulfilling career paths while ensuring mastery of operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, openness, and teamwork where all employees feel empowered and accountable

Qualifications
