Sephora Operations Leader in Orem, UT – lead retail operations, inventory, and team development. $24–$27.50/hr, full-time.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to meet operational standards
  • Drive visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and support sales
  • Partner with team members to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to store performance goals
  • Guide, coach, and develop team members through training in operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture that empowers team members and promotes accountability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment
  • Work flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays during peak retail operations

Qualifications

Experience
