Sephora Operations Leader in Orem, UT – lead retail operations, inventory, and team development. $24–$27.50/hr, full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to meet operational standards
- Drive visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and support sales
- Partner with team members to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to store performance goals
- Guide, coach, and develop team members through training in operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture that empowers team members and promotes accountability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment
- Work flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays during peak retail operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative, goal-driven culture
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail operations or hospitality leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail management or business education is a plus.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Orem, Utah, USA, with easy access to Salt Lake City.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 27.50 per hour.
