Sephora in Ontario, CA is hiring an Operations Leader (full-time). Hourly pay $26.00–$29.90; lead store operations, inventory and team development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Lead visual merchandising and promotional setup to maintain brand presentation and drive sales.
  • Coach, train and develop store operations team members on operational processes, selling behaviors and performance metrics.
  • Support the client experience by partnering with the store team to deliver exceptional service and help achieve store KPIs.
  • Enforce company policies, loss-prevention procedures and store safety standards to create a secure shopping environment.
  • Manage scheduling and ensure reliable staffing coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; proven ability to lead and develop front-line teams.
  • Strong organizational aptitude with meticulous attention to inventory control and visual standards.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to motivate teams and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Effective time-management and prioritization in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
  • Availability to work 30–40 hours per week including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
