Sephora Operations Leader position in Ocean, NJ—full-time retail leadership role overseeing operations, inventory, and team development at competitive hourly rates.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards across store operations
- Drive visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand standards and sales performance
- Coach and develop team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store goals
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture of accountability and success
- Ensure compliance with Sephora policies and maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment
- Manage flexible scheduling and ensure team meets required weekly shift minimums
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
