Sephora Operations Leader, full-time role in Oak Brook, IL. Lead retail operations, manage inventory, and coach teams for $26–$30/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards to ensure store success
- Oversee visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
- Coach and train team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store goals
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, openness, and teamwork where all staff feel empowered
- Maintain Sephora standards and company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping environment
- Meet attendance and scheduling requirements, including availability during peak retail hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
