Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfilment to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Lead visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand presentation and drive sales.
  • Coach, train and develop the operations team to elevate performance, selling behaviours and adherence to company standards.
  • Support and partner with the sales team to deliver an exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store results.
  • Maintain store safety, compliance with company policies and high standards of store maintenance.
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to meet required weekly hours and peak retail demand (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality or a closely related environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a frontline team to meet operational and sales objectives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced retail setting.
  • Availability to work a full‑time retail schedule (30–40 hours/week), including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, with direct responsibility for supervising and developing a team.

Education
