Operations Leader at Sephora (North Bethesda, MD) – Full-time, $28–$32/hr. Lead retail operations, manage inventory, and develop teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards to ensure store efficiency
- Direct visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora's brand and drive sales performance
- Coach, train, and develop team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store goals
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and a goal-driven mindset
