Operations Leader at Sephora NY-Soho, New York—$28–$32/hr full-time role leading retail operations, inventory, and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational standards are met
- Direct visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales
- Coach, train, and develop team members through guidance on operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics
- Partner with the store team to deliver exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving sales goals
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and collaboration among store personnel
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards to create a welcoming shopping environment

Qualifications
