Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain stock accuracy and availability.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional set-ups and general store maintenance to ensure brand presentation and sales objectives are met.
- Coach, develop and schedule the operations team; drive performance through training on operational processes, selling behaviours and performance metrics.
- Support and elevate the client experience by partnering with sales teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve store goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and loss-prevention practices to create a secure shopping environment.
- Maintain reliable attendance and flexible availability to cover peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet required weekly hours (30–40 hrs/week).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; 3+ years preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and motivate teams to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to foster inclusivity and teamwork.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality with a track record of managing teams, controlling inventory and executing merchandising standards in a high-volume store environment; 3+ years preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or a degree in business, retail management or hospitality is preferred.
