Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment
- Oversee visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand standards
- Coach, train, and develop team members to build fulfilling career paths and ensure operational excellence
