Sephora Operations Leader (Full-Time) - Nashville, TN. Lead retail operations, drive brand excellence, and coach teams at Fifth & Broadway.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational excellence
- Direct visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand standards and drive sales
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and support achievement of store-level goals
- Guide and develop team members through coaching and training on operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture that promotes accountability and success
- Ensure compliance with Sephora policies and maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping environment
- Meet scheduling requirements, including availability during peak retail operations (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
